Right of withdrawal:

Pursuant to Law 3/2014, dated March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 of November.

ASISTER ASISTENCIA FAMILIAR S.L  will accept returns of products within the first fourteen calendar days from the reception of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it is services,

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the client will contact ASISTER ASISTENCIA FAMILIAR S.L  via the telephone number 689 778 387 or via the email info@ortohispania.com to be informed of the steps to follow.

The customer must complete and send the purchase withdrawal form to the address indicated therein.

The delivery of the products to be returned must be made to the following address, together with the copy of the invoice:

To exercise the right of withdrawal and before making such return the customer must contact our sales department. You will be informed of the return process by email info@ortohispania.com, telephone 879 62 39 85,  WhatsApp 639 338 257 where you will be informed of the return process.

The customer must complete and send the Return Request Document to the address indicated therein (DOCUMENT link)

To be able to admit the return must be both the product and its packaging in perfect condition, without scratches or broken or deteriorated packaging, and including all the documentation that accompanies the product as well as its accessories.

The customer must make a correct packaging that ensures its transportation without damage. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, will proceed to the refund of its amount according to the payment method made by the customer.

In case of error in any of the characteristics (color, size, etc.) attributable to the customer, ORTOHISPANIA will replace the product, but the costs of both collection and re-delivery will be borne by the customer. In the case of articles that belong to the categories: Textile and Lingerie, Pressure Ulcer Products, Certain Articles Related to Toilet and Urinary Incontinence, no refunds will be accepted (Out Of Warranty List)

If any item arrives defective or damaged, let us know and we will proceed to exchange it for another in perfect conditions. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by ORTOHISPANIA.

 

Out of warranty for return:

  • If, once delivered, you suffer damage caused by: External events, accidents, non-compliance with the instructions for use.
  • If they are damaged by improper installation or configuration of accessories by the customer.
  • In the case of articles that belong to the categories: Textile and Lingerie, Pressur Ulcer Products, Certain Articles Related to Toilet and Urinary Incontinence, no refunds will be accepted.
  • For hygienic reasons … bathroom articles, hygiene items, pillows, harnesses, pajamas, fastening belts, positioners, food aids, cushions, mattresses and other anti-decubitus products may not be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Special Note … Sometimes the factory makes small design changes in a product to improve its performance, dimensions, appearance, etc … This has no impact on its basic characteristics or utility. However, web images may not have the latest update to reflect these changes.
  • If there is a fault caused by a component not supplied by ORTOHISPANIA.
  • In case the general conditions of the manufacturer so indicate it.
  • If the change is due to an error by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the Product is: custom-made or customized product, bariatric product, special size when the givenuse of the article, by mistake the taking of measures by the buyer.

What is the return period ?:

The law provides for a minimum term of 14 calendar days (compared to seven of the previous regulation), although the seller may extend it. If the return period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the first working day.

The period starts from the day the order is received by the customer or the person indicated by him. If the seller has not correctly informed about the right of withdrawal, the consumer has 12 months, plus the term of 14 days, to exercise his right. In the case of transactions with services or online content, the term is counted from the day following the hiring.

 

IMPORTANT:

At the moment of receiving your order you must follow the following instructions: check the package when it is delivered, if you notice a defect in the packaging, open it immediately and check the contents, if it is damaged or missing something, state all defects or faults On the delivery note of the carrier.

Please notify ORTOHISPANIA within a maximum of 24 hours. If it is not done in this way it will be impossible to claim the transport company and ORTOHISPANIA will not assume any responsibility.
